We have finished our first day of VBS. We had a great turn out. At the location i was at with Abby's group we had a total of 18 children. That was great because we were not able to hand out nearly as many invitations at that location as the other one the day before due to the rain.

It was difficult with the language barrior because the children didn't know and would try to talk to us and for the most part we really could not understand.

I had fun even though. I started by playing football (soccer) with the children and Tyler and Brooke. Then i noticed that there was a boy named Samuel who was staying alone so I went and played with him. We kicked a small ball around and through the soccer game. Then we had a sang and told a story (Bryan did atleast) and then we had a craft. It was kinda cool because even with the barrior we were still able to understand and create some good sheep!

It was a fun day and tomorrow should be even better. We are hoping that our location with get more children tomorrow!
